Morning Travel Concerns (KAAL Austin)

(ABC 6 NEWS) — The blowing snow in southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa continues to make travel difficult. Blowing snow is causing low visibility and white out conditions in certain areas. These conditions are leading to many road closures and no travel advisories across the region.
